Community Builders Flexible Finance Fund
The £4 million fund is just the beginning. By connecting with Create Equity now, you can ensure your organisation stays ahead of the curve as we continue creating pathways to financial inclusion and readiness.
- Company status: Must be a registered charity or social enterprise.
- Team: 51% or more of the organisation’s board and senior management team must be from Black and Minoritised ethnic backgrounds
- Minimum turnover: £200k
- Location: England
- Offer: £50k – £1.5m (up to 50% grant limited to £200K) ranges from 50% to 100% of the loan amount = £100k to £1.5m
- Your organisation must not have received repayable finance greater than £25k, excluding Bounce Back Loans
