The problem
Just 0.24% of venture capital investment go to all ethnic teams, while they represent 14% of the UK population. Less than 1% go to all female founders team.
The market
Demand from Black, ethnically diverse and female-led enterprises, which represent 10% and 37% of the UK entrepreneurs respectively, is significantly above the current investment offered.
